oh man, i really haven't cared too much about the contestants this year, but i thought that anoop should have totally made it. so when the big guy made it over him, i was sure he would be in the wild card round. and when they were picking the wild card contestants today, they went through everybody before simon finally called his name last. i let out a whoop and a clap as if i was watching basketball. but yeah man, i hope he makes it. he's good. and he looks like a bay area geek. NC is close enough. hahahah
sara bareilles. i was never big on her at all with that lame ass Love Song they play on the radio. but pham had vh1 on one weekend morning and i happened to catch the premiere of her song Gravity. and man was i pleasantly surprised. i loved the video and the song and her voice. i never gave her much of a listen b/c that love song was such a turnoff. but this song is great. i love her voice. doesn't have the texture of sarah mclachlan, but i like it almost as much. wish i found this out while she was still touring around here.
Anoop didn't make it?!?!?!!? i know his song kinda sucked, but he was waaaaayyy better than the big guy!!! geez, this season of american idol sucks already. what a crappy format. WHERE WERE ALL THE INDIAN VOTERS?!?!?!?!
who saw the warrior/laker game tonight? iknow we lost, but how exciting was it to see how well we played for most of the game... this warrior team isn't as bad as it looks on paper. i could see another dallas type upset if we played the lakers in the first round hahahah.
